Remember .... When visiting an Open House the agent holding the house is representing the Seller and only the Seller.  That agent is bound by law to represent the Seller's best interests only.

If you are already represented by an agent most agents in Takoma Park, Maryland or DC area will honor that relationship.  Just let the agent know about about this when you go into the open house.  If you do not have an agent and would like to have Buyer Representation to purchase a home, you need to have an agency relationship in place before visiting.
