Northwest Las Vegas Home Sales: Average and Median Prices - August 2012
Home prices in northwest Las Vegas had split results in August with median prices rising $14,000, while the average selling price decreased nearly 4% to $190,053. The number of northwest Las Vegas homes sold is down 17.76% year over year, with 551 homes sold in August of 2012 compared to 670 sales in 2011.
