AVERAGE SALES PRICE IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA | AUGUST 2012

Home Sales Prices continue to climb in Northeast Florida for the sixth straight month. When numbers keep improving for this many months, it signifies a Market Trend, and indicates a real estate recovery. Some analysts say that the bottom of the market occurred in October 2011, but in our market it looks like it was December 2011.
If you haven't made the leap to purchase, do not be discouraged, because there are still really great buys coming on the market. Even though we are trending upward in price, there are still foreclosures and/ or short sales below market value.
