Cracks
Drafts
Replacement Glass
Wood Rot
Ventilation
Broken Gas Seals
Screens
Window Treatments

Home maintenance includes:

Exterior & Interior Paint

You can save money and contribute to energy conservation by installing energy efficient windows. By having them installed professionally, you will protect yourself from voiding the manufacturer’s warranty. I recommend you contact your local utility companies to find out if they offer any tips, incentives or rebates for installing the right type of glass or windows in your area. By doing it right the first time, you can reduce heat loss by approximately 25%, 50% or more!

Look for the ES Label and don’t be caught off guard!
