Barnegat Housing Market Report - September 2012

There are 318 homes for sale in Barnegat New Jersey today. Home sales in Barnegat at the Jersey Shore remained strong in September, and the number of homes under contract promises a good home sales number in October.

Laura, that is good news and with fewer homes on the market demand should rise along with list and sales prices...not so good for buyers, but they've had their run and slowly the market is turning to a neutral to sellers market.
