What a wonderful tool!

Texting Idaho Real Estate Info

I can't believe how convenient texting can be when going through a transaction with savvy clients!  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

My sellers texted me the other day, after a big wind storm & told me the sign was down.  I sent my sign guy right out (also via text) and they were up and running again!

Another client sent me a text asking about the status of their contingent offer. I was able to answer them (during a meeting) and not miss a beat!

Yet others texted me with questions about their tax bill.

After talking with my clients about texting back and forth, I realized THEY appreciate it as much as I do!

Text away my friends!  (I am concerned about the proper grammar, however; "texted"? "texts"? "texting"?)

I have one client who LOVES it when I text message her with updates on negotiations.  Makes my life easier too... now that's what I call a WIN-WIN!

I guess I haven't really used texting very much.  I enjoy receiving text messages, just not sending them for some reason.  Weird, huh?

Outlook 2007 makes it even easier!  It now includes a native texting capability without the need to worry about who the client's carrier is or routing messages through a third party.

Don, a tip I pointed out in a blog awhile back with email to texting conversion is to enter 2125551212@teleflip.com and you can send text from email to ANY phone. Just enter the ten digit number up front and then you don't have to be all thumbs.

Gary:  Wow!  That's awesome!  I will have to give that a try!  Thanks for the tip!

Don I find it amazing that I sold cellular for 3 years--and use texting more as a RE agent than I ever thought of during my "phone" years.  Texting is going to change how our language works in the next several years.  Just think how many more people instantly recognize what gr8 means now than they did 3, even 2 years ago!
