2012 has been a "GREAT" year for selling Real Estate in Las Vegas ;o)

The Real Estate Market in Las Vegas Nevada for 2012 has been "GREAT" for Vegas Bob and other Brokers/Agents in the Valley.

So for everyone that purchased from Vegas Bob and his team, "Thank You" all so much ... ;o)

The end of 2012 is going out with a "BANG" ... Election year for a new & or re-election of a President.

Construction is picking up in Las Vegas Nevada with (2 NEW FERRIS WHEELS) one of them will be the tallest in the WORLD. And in Spring of 2013 Construction & the Real Estate Market will continue to rise ...

I think we have finally come to the end ...

PS ... If you look real close at this photograph (above) you can see a shorter building in the middle of the larger ones. That is the HARMON BUILDING which will be torn down soon. This photo was taken 2 years when CITY CENTER opened back in 2009.
