The numbers don't lie. Our customer today spends more time on the computer then in front of a TV or radio. Our job is to get in front of them.

Gary-That is how I searched for homes in Va when Mom and I moved here. Doing the leg work ahead of time makes a huge difference.

It is the way we find houses now...period. If we don't get our listings all over the net - we are losing prospective buyers. Having an agent who understands how important it is to be in all the possible spots is critical. Good post Gary. 

Excellent reminder, Gary. I recently met with a couple who called to talk about possibly changing brokers. They had no idea if or where their house was on the internet. That blew me away.

That is the nice thing about a MLS agent...Once on the MLS the listing shows up on all the major sights and Real Estate Web sites.

Gary so true, the internet is where your property will get noticed so you want to check that it is everywhere online.

Gary, this is my primary listing tool. I'm not just talking syndication. Blogging on multiple sites will get lots of attention for sellers. By using the right keywords, sellers homes will pop up in lots of places.
