KELLER WILLIAMS REAL ESTATE MARKET CENTER KIRKLAND HAS MOVED!

BUSINESS HAS GROWN - SO HAVE WE!  MOVED TO LARGER AND MORE CONVENIENT OFFICES TO BETTER ACCOMMODATE OUR AGENTS AND CLIENTS.

Our new facility is at 11109 Slater Ave NE, Kirkland 9034.  Just off 124th Ave NE and NE 110th.  More parking, easier access, no construction boxing us in, quiet and well-lit.  The previous facility on NE 85th certainly satisfied our needs for a few years, but we grew and flourished throughout the recession.   Somewhat like a potted plant with roots too crowded to allow necessary growth - we had to find new digs to continue healthy growth.

Keller Williams Realty Kirkland outgrew its habitat.  Time for a transplant.  Needed a bigger pot for the roots of change to grow, for our pool of agents to proliferate, for our clients to also have parking!  Embarrassing that, no room for clients when half the agents were in.  Now we may have every agent in with a client or clients and there will be more than adequate parking.  We will even have room for refreshments as well, without facing the prospect of spilling on our computers!  Wet keyboards don’t function well.

Keller Williams Realty Kirkland has offices that all have territorial views - can actually see the trees and foliage surrounding our building.  Wildlife that doesn’t live in the duplex next door - bona-fide flora and fauna.  Other than a couple commercial buildings that blend in well with the area it looks like a predominantly residential neighborhood.  Much more people-friendly than elsewhere.  

So we at Keller Williams Realty look forward to welcoming you to our developing location at 11109 Slater Ave NE, Kirkland 98034.  Should be up to full function status soon!
