That is an impressive line up in Delray Beach! Your Friday night outdoor concerts are a wonderful community event!
I'm so envious. Just as we are getting prepared for "indoor" life of winter you are "taking off" for outdoor fun. Lucky you! ENJOY!
The cooler weather and the arrival of the snow birds must mean that there is full attendance at these concerts. They sound so interesting - and the price is right.
Interesting they are starting up about the same time ours here in Waukesha are shutting down...weather weather! :-)

I have fond memories of outdoor concerts in Florida when visiting my parents. A wonderful way to spend an evening!
Our outdoor concert season is ending with the summer. I'll be spending Christmas in Florida myself this year -- maybe I can catch and outdoor concert! Not your part of the state, though -- Tampa/St. Pete area.
Hi Kathy -- although many parts of the country are staying indoors, the "outdoor" activities such as the Delray Beach Friday Night Outdoor Concerts can be the perfect way to spend a Fall evening when the sun sets in Florida. Enjoy!

Kathy-Although I have never been to an outdoor concert I know they are great from everyone I have heard. Quite an impressive lineup. I would like the Beatles, Eagles and the country line up.
Kathy that looks like a really great time. I love the Beatles themed Across the Universe...really nice.
Dorie- I'm looking forward to the concerts and hope to make a few of them.
Bobbie- don't be too envious.... during the summer it's still really hot even at 7:30 at night, so our "fall" is when we can get out and enjoy it.
Valerie- they're on their way. If the winter comes early, then we see the snow birds earlier.
Kristin- I know... this is the start of our season when everything starts to happen.
Hi Will- I know of some AR members who make trips here during the winter.
Sharon- it really is! Walking along Atlantic Ave. in Delray is one of my favorite things to do, so we can walk the ave and go and listen to music.
Dianne- bummer! Toni Weidman, I think, is in that area.. so is Silvia Dukes!!! Enjoy your Christmas in Florida!
Michael- we are so spoiled by the warm weather we have I have to rethink my wardrobe when we take trips up north.
Patty- I know it's a little far for you but you'd have Atlantic Avenue as well to stroll.
Sharon - now I'm going to date myself... I remember going to an outdoor concert in Houston to see Leonard Bernstein. It had rained most of the day so we had to take those plastic table cloths to sit on
Jeffrey- that's the one I'm going to try to go to .
Good Afternoon Kathy, It would be so nice to be there, your cooling off is a little different than our cooling off. I will be down for the Patriots/Miami game to be able to enjoy some cool Florida nights which will seem like a heatwave for me. Have a great Tuesday.

As your concerts are starting ours are ending but it is so good to know that music continues outdoor. Music played outside has a sound of its own that is magical and enchanting all at once. Enjoy, A
Scott- I think the Dolphins finally have a good Quarterback with Tannehill! The weather should be just perfect.
Roy- sounds like a good picture taking opportunity.
Alexandra- I agree. There's a freedom just being outdoors.. then to listen to music being played outdoors it's as if it's getting its freedom as well.
