Classes of interest to Seniors Living in Alameda include the monthly New Member Orientation. This is a must do class for people who have recently moved to Alameda or who are recently retired. You will learn about all that the Center has to offer and you will be given a guided tour through the facility and a packet outlining the wealthy of activities, programs and services the Center has available for its members. The Alameda Hospital’s Community Health Fair is set for Saturday, October 20 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The Hospital offers many health screening tests, activities and exhibits for the entire family.
The Alameda County Health Department is bringing its Immunization Assistance Program to the Mastick Senior Center on Tuesday, October 30 from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon. Flu shots will be given in the Mastick Social Hall. This is a free service offered to senior by the Alameda County Health Department.
