Michael - Most Franklin TN neighborhoods right now are lacking inventory. With these low interest rates, buyers are still looking to purchase before the year end. Sellers need to be aware of this.

Katerina - River Landing is a lovely Franklin TN neighborhood on the north side of town. Many buyers love the area.
