Neighborhood Photowalk:  Kentlands

 

Dolores and I live in the Kentlands community in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  The location is in the heart of Montgomery County, in the north western suburbs of Washington, DC.  The area is one of the favorites for families that are relocated to the metropolitan area of the District of Columbia.

Our neo-traditional neighborhood is ideal for walking.  The white picket fences and beautiful home gardens make it an ideal area for photowalking.  These are September photographs.

Roy, even though the first photo showed off the color orange (the color of Robs Vols team) it was a favorite until I got to the second photo (sorry Rob, but Vols orange is not a favorite Gators color). Keep them coming Roy! Enjoy your day!

I'm a bit unsteady today.  I had surgery this morning for a hernia repair.  Now, I am taking it easy at home.  I did give Dolores a bit of a scare when I passed out in the kitchen while fixing lunch.
