7 Comments on Spooky and creepy Halloween decorations don’t help to sell homes...
Good advice ... if only buyers could re-direct their holiday decorating energy into packing up their house :)
Michael, That is some great advice! This is still a great time to sell your home, but you do have to make it inviting to potential buyers. Have a great evening!
You make excellent points, Michael! But, that cute little pumpkin character pictured is adorable. I'd just want to stay awhile and strike up a conversation:-)
Great tips Michael. We should all try this. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy the rest of the week.
If you want to sell it, keep it to a minimum. You want the house to be appealing not revolting/creepy.
Cynthia & Tony: Thanks for your positive comments! Have a great week.
Myrl: The cute little pumpkin is cute and makes the home festive and inviting. Simple and cute! Have a wonderful week!
Mike, Thanks for your nice comments. It is good advice...I just wish some clients listened and folowed my advice. Haha!
Than, You're right, you don't have to make it gruesome and creepy to have a festive Halloween, especially when your house is on the market.
Have a great week!
