Crownsville offers a variety of homes and lifestyle. From waterfront, water access, estate homes and everything in between, Crownsville is a great area to call home. And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable.

So what is going on in the Crownsville marketplace? Sales are down. Months of inventory is up.  Days on market increased. Home sellers, on average, are receiving 9o4.17 of their asking price.

As you always do, you've provided some valuable information about the Crownsville market. I wonder if that August trend is part of the seasonal shift we often see. The number of short is pretty significant in terms of volume but the good news is that they are selling.

Je3ff I would say yes other than last year we saw an upswing in sales this time of year. The previous years we did not. Yes they are selling which is always goo news. :0)

Diane, yes it is but the price range and home styles are all over the board so if I was to break it down by community the inventory would show much lower.
