Craig, a delightful post highlighting the importance of finding the right agent to work with when selling your home.
Sometimes it is the agent, Craig, and not just because of the marketing. It can also be their work ethic. Neither of these would be an issue with you helping Raleigh home sellers. Both will be superb.
Finding the right agent is key for both buyers and sellers. In the Raleigh NC area, that Realtor is Craig Rutman.

Craig, thanks for steering me back to this post...you are correct...I missed it. Not sure that I'll ever be quite the same after seeing this. I do kind of like the uniform though...definitely one of my favorite TV shows!!
