How a simple handwritten card turned into 50+ homes per year in sales
Moving from Charleston, SC, and selling my home staging company was a difficult decision. Earlier this year, I decided that I really missed the business and opened Rave ReViews Home Staging in St Augustine, FL, our new home. I wanted to be sure that my new potential customers understand that while I'm new to the area, I"m not a new home stager. I asked some of my past customers to do a video testimonial for me, to begin establishing my credibility here.
This is the first one to come in (though several agents have said they will provide one).
Michele Reneau built Charleston Relocation Team and quickly became one of the top producers at Carolina One Real Estate, the biggest company in the Charleston, SC market. I'm honored and humbled to have her words provided here in video format. In it she tells how we began working together.
Why she hired me.... such a simple thing. I wrote her a handwritten note thanking her for calling me to ask me a question about paint colors.

Michele was my single biggest client, staging hundreds of homes over the several years we worked together. About a year before we left Charleston, she moved to Chattanooga, TN. Since then, she's been busy being mom to two beautiful girls, one of them born just 2 months ago. Still, she took the time out of her busy life, to do this testimonial video for me.
