thanks for this positive update and not following the "doom and gloom" mentality that is enveloping the industry.  i know that we live in a specific area that has been insulated from the real estate fall out that has struck the rest of the nation, its just nice to see it in black and white.  keep up the great work, your blogs are fantastic.
