This in one of a handful of victorian houses left in one of the Oldest Residential Neighborhoods in Silver Spring, Maryland. The Woodside Subdivision was Established in the late 1880's The boundaties are roughly Georgia Avenue on the east, 16th Street to the North, Spring Street to the South and the Red Line Metro to the west.
Woodside, or as I call it, "Old Woodside" borders the neighborhoods of Woodside Park and North Woodside. It also shares a boundary with the Silver Spring Business District. This particular house is right on that Silver Spring CBD border. The contrast of this old Queen Anne Victorian is in stark contrast with the sleek modern concrete and glass Buildings of the CBD nearby!

Debbie, I feel like I should know this house, but I can't place it. Nice shot.

I love those old homes and I hope they can save it from being demolished to build a newer home.
