Close your eyes. Listen to the nothing-ness.
Feel your "center", and allow your heart beat to calm, and your mind to empty.
Let the sense of calm dwell in your being.
Take a deep breath through the mouth, and hold it for a count of 10.
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5
Are you feeling it? It's right there at the edge of your consciousness.
6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10
Ahhh... release the breath slowly through your nose.
See the transaction, feel the transaction, be the transaction. Let the transaction come to you.
Sometimes you just have to experience the transaction, transendentally to help it progress.
