Country setting perfect for a hobby farm. Two bedroom one bath home with a small porch on the front and a large deck on the side and back. The kitchen includes the appliances and opens up to the large dining area. The master bedroom has a large walk in his and her closet and two additional closets, one intended to be a second bathroom. The living room and family room are carpeted. Washer are dryer would be in the utility room. Outdoors has a garden area, fruit trees and grape vines. Two fenced wooded areas for pastures approx 300 x 300. 24 x 24 barn with loft. There is a new chicken coop and a storm shelter that could be used as root cellar and a garden shed. Plenty of room inside and out at this mostly secluded location.
