Buyers & sellers in Plymouth County and Cape Cod MA have certainly experienced the volatile real estate market over the past 5-6 years. Because real estate is local, I have included the Plymouth and Cape Cod data at the end to give you a local perspective. While the market news is up one month and down the next, at least we appear to be inching back. I for one remain cautious on the overall sustainability of the housing market comeback.
