- Income Proof/Paystubs: (If Paid Weekly?- 4 most recent, Biweekly? - 2 most recent, Paid Monthly ?: 1 most recent)
- Tax Information for 2010 & 2011 (W2, 1040 Federal tax forms, etc.)
- Bank Statements - 2 most recent statements for checking and savings accounts (all pages front and back)
- Lender Letter - If you already have one.
Please note that although Wells Fargo is the sponsor of the CityLIFT program, you may seek financing for the remaining balance of the home purchase from any lender who accepts the CityLIFT down payment assistance program.
