When discussing the subject of happiness, many people think, "Well, if I only had a million dollars I could be happy". Others, "If only I could have a home in Hawaii overlooking the beautiful ocean" then I would for sure experience happiness. Certainly the list can go on and on about how many people think happiness is achieved.

I ran across this post earlier today and was captured by the title. The reason? It doesn't talk about being happy if I have money, fame and more. It talks about giving up or specifically: Be Happier - 10 Things To Stop Doing Right Now. Go ahead, follow the link - you won't regret it!
