Warren Fall Festival, October 6 & 7, 2012 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday (rain or shine) at Warren Woods, 255 Brick School Rd in Warren, CT. Adults are $5, a two day pass is $8, children under 12 are free!
There is a 500 foot zip line across Fiddler's Pond! That alone is worth the trip... but there is much, much more. Pumpkin cannons, (I love pumpkin cannons, there is just something so special about watching those pumpkins go sailing through the crisp fall air and smashing to the ground) magic shows, petting zoo, lumber jacks, crafts, home made apple pies for sale (oh my are they good, and I do mean lip smacking, I am not sharing any of my pie with you go get your own good), cheddar by the pound (wow, how about some of that cheddar with your home made apple pie?), jellies and jams, the Warren Volunteer Fire Department world famous open bit barbeque, live music, tractor pulls, fire truck rides, a Vo-Ag program presented by the students at Wamogo School, craft vendors, and much, much more. All set in the beauty of Warren Woods. A true country fair set in the beauty of Warren, CT with the amazing backdrop of our New England fall foliage at its peak!
This festival is presented by the Warren Volunteer Fire Department, the proceeds go to support the fire department which is a very worthy cause. You will have a great time and help one of our local fire departments out at the same time.
Now for the open house... our featured home is located at 6 Countryside Way in Warren, CT. A fantastic home set in a quite cul de sac with only 3 other homes. The home has an open floor plan for a great flow, large kitchen with ample cupboards and granite counter tops, family room open to the kitchen, a formal living room and dining room AND a private office on the first floor. The upper level has the 4 generous sized bedrooms, the master suite has a large walk in closet and a beautiful bathroom PLUS room to expand into the attic area over the garage. The home has lovely hard wood floors on the first level and is painted in relaxing colors. Nothing to do but move into this one and enjoy all that the country life in Warren, CT has to offer.

Join me from 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 7th, 2012 for a public open house at 6 Countryside Lane in Warren, CT. Your GPS won't get you there, this is a newly named street off Route 341 in Warren. Look for the sign just opposite Anita Way in Warren, and below is a map to get you from Warren Woods on Brick School Road to 6 Countryside Lane!
