Middleburg Market Report | August 2012

The Middleburg Market Report for August 2012 reveals an 8.5% increase in median sales price from August 2011. 

There is only a 5.5 month supply of inventory (houses for sale), trending to a Seller's Market. The inventory has dropped by 35% year over year.

In 2012, over 11.4% of homes sold have sold for more than list price in the Middleburg real estate market.
