Annual Covered Bridge Festival in Rockville, Indiana
Don't miss your chance to see Indiana's largest festival - the annual Covered Bridge Festival - from October 12th - 21st, 2012. The festival is a very well known amonst Indiana residents and draws people from many surrounding states. Streets will be filled with a vast amount of vendors (flea market), unbelieveable food, entertainment and more! The festival will be open from 9am - 6pm daily.
The beautiful brick streets of Rockville will invite you to stop by and visit their antique stores, art galleries and shops!
Be sure your visit includes time to drive through the numerous historic covered bridges throughout the county!
Our visit in the past included hours spent walking up and down the streets lined with booth after booth of flea market vendors of many varieties including food, homemade crafts, toys, games, gift ideas, pet items, clothing and so much more! The food was delicious including the huge turkey legs, homemade ice cream and apple dumplings!
