The Stroud Township Market Summary detail for the Year To Date is depicted in the charts below.
As we take a look at the Stroud Township Market Summary we first look at the Number of Listings. The Number of Active, Pended and Sold listings. The Pended and Sold Listings seem to be running "neck to neck," which is a good thing and the pended listings are running steady which will hopefully keep our Sold listings remaining steady through to the end of the year. The Active Listings still greatly outweigh the Pended and Sold listings however so we are still very much in a Buyers Market. (Hope my charts are not to BOLD - I felt like something fall looking)
Next we will look at the LISTING PRICES for those Active, Pended, and Sold Listings. We see that the prices of the Active, Pended, and Sold prices are coming a whole lot closer together, and this we like to see.
