Speechless Sunday (almost!): There's no place like HOME!

Travelling 1,656 miles on a red-eye flight to Illinois to see our son graduate from Navy Basic Training was quite an exciting adventure for us all! Going from a balmy 80 degrees to 40 something temperatures...invigorating! Harried hiways with vehicles screaming past us...refreshing! Getting to our room in 3+ hours when it should have taken 35 minutes...relieving!

No rest and relaxation for this southern Utah family!

Seeing Sebastian's face through a sea of Navy blue at the graduation ceremony...priceless! We were able to visit for 3 hours and then back to his ship to ready himself for A-School in Pensacola, Florida. We left the following morning and I remember thinking that Dorothy had it so right when she said, "There's no place like HOME!"
