How has active rain been. I haven't been here in awhile.

Hi everyone I'm sorry I haven't been on active rain in almost 2 months. I have been trying to keep my head above water. I have even thought about taking on another job and doing real estate part time. Now with my boss closing our office and working out of his home the whole situation has changed. Now I'm in the process of looking for another real estate office to hang my license and still looking for something to make some money. This is really a bad time. Last year I sold 3 properties. The year before I sold 7. If it wasn't that I had another income I would be up the creek without a paddle. I really feel sorry for my fellow brothers and sisters out there that have to rely on the real estate industry to survive. I hope this market turns around just a little so we can keep doing what we are doing. Everyone have a great day and pray that we make it.
