If you want me to love you, you've got to give it up, or let me go.
I'm currently working with Buyers that have moved from a condo to a house in their home search. While I don't expect much from a foreclosure, we looked as some owner homes that, really, what ARE they thinking?
Alan you so hit the nail right on the head in great perspective from the house itself.
LOVE it!
Here comes another couple, looking at me. I've been sitting here for days, as people come and look through me... but they're not staying very long.
I hear comments like "What were they thinking?"
One of the children who ran through me, went room to room asking his parents: "What's that smell?"
I wish that my current owners had made me look nicer, for company. I feel sad that people are seeing me in this condition.
My foundation is wet, the dog has left odours around me, and the lawn has looked better (I blame the dog for that, too).
My once vibrant paint colours, inside and out, have faded, and I just don't feel as good as I used to, and I think buyers can see that.
And they're leaving... shaking their heads, as they return to their cars with their Realtor.
Heavy sigh ... I just want to be loved... is that so wrong?
