HAPPY COLUMBUS DAY and / OR THANKSGIVING DAY depending on whether on you are in the United States or Canada.

Some banks are closed today for Columbus Day. Some government offices are closed for Columbus Days. I do not have a Columbus Day image, so I am going with a Thanksgiving Day greeting.
United States - Columbus Day
Not everyone is happy with Christopher Columbus but I come from a part of the country where we celebrate Columbus for days. Today is the last day of the Experience Columbus Days, a four day celebration of the biggest and best Columbus in the United States.
Think about visiting Columbus in central Ohio next year for our long four day weekend Experience Columbus Days. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, COSI and the Columbus Italian Festival are just a few of the attractions on Columbus Day weekend.
Canada - Thanksgiving Day
Every year when it is Thanksgiving in Canada, I wonder if your Thanksgiving features turkey like ours does. Or pumpkin pies? Pilgrims? The image is an old Real Living ecard before the merger. when Real Living was based in Columbus, Ohio. What images mean Thanksgiving in Canada?
Real Living is owned by a Canadian company now... we have "Canadian cousins" too, Royal LaPaige is owned by Brookfield Financial too. I work for Real Living HER, the Columbus Ohio real estate brokerage.

Well yeah, we celebrate thanksgiving here in Canada with all the usual turkey and pumpin pies too. Pilgrims are strictly in your domain though, as is Columbus. We're not that impressed with Columbus cause we were sneaking over here to go fishing for a few hundred years before he blabbed, told everone and it's never been the same since.
Belated thanks, I guess.
