Irvine now has a low 338 homes listed for sale (as of October 8, 2012) - a drop of 8.4 percent from last week.  

196 Irvine homes were sold during the past 30 days - with average sold price of $693,1567.

176 of the sold Irvine homes have been under $1 million - 90 percent of the market! More for sale listings in this range are needed to keep buyers satisfied.

Irvine buyers, REALTORs®and real estate professionals, are seeing big buyer competition and multiple offers for homes and properties - some from all cash buyers.

Average market time for sale of Irvine homes - number of days it would theoretically take to sell all homes now on the market at current buying pace - is now at amazingly short 1.4 months - which is more than three times faster the one year ago.
