Inconsistent!  That is what the real estate market in Warner Robins Georgia has been this past year.  September sales went back down (35) as did sales prices (average of nearly $141K).  With over 11 months of inventory (385 homes), buyers in the Warner Robins real estate market are taking their time.

What can sellers expect?  Sold homes were on the market for 101 days and the sales price to list price ratio was 96.61% in September.  Homes must be priced according to the current market conditions or they will sit in this market.

Terrific report Anita.  Sellers just feel they have to "get" what the guy down the street got for his home.  A good realtor should be able to jump over that hump and state the facts.
