One of the many factors in being involved in the Real Estate Business as a full time professional REALTOR is finding individuals that are looking to purchase Real Estate in your geographical area of expertise. (In my case it's in the Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth and all surrounding areas of Virginia.)

Additionally, a surprising number of people have found this area a wonderful place to purchase a second home, a retirement home, or getaway on weekends

Realtors have a variety of ways to make contact with people looking to purchase a home. In my case, many were referrals from previous clients and many were families who found me on the Internet, primarily from www.google.com or www.yahoo.com . Many of them found me as a result of my advertising on these search engines via of PPC (pay per click).
As we all know, the only thing for sure is change, and on the internet, change happens quickly. PPC results dropped off dramatically in the last several months. So, what to do? Adjust and adapt---thats the answer.
Most everyone searching for Homes for Sale on the Internet use certain search phrases ie virginia beach real estate, virginia beach homes for sale, virginia beach va real estate, chesapeake va real estate, suffolk va homes for sale, norfolk real estate, etc, etc.
Here's my suggestion to find All Homes for Sale in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth and all surrounding areas of Va on a site that's updated 3 times daily PLUS has extensive information about all area Schools, and What's Happening in this great local area!! -----------------------------------------------
