She picked up the phone...THRICE!!!

I just figured I'd share my excitement about my Wells Fargo representative picking up the phone not once, not twice, but THRICE!

For those of you that are short sale experts in your area, stay encouraged! What I've found is that EVERY SINGLE short sale that I have ever listed has been DIFFERENT!!!

The mere mention of a "short sale" makes so many cringe. Therefore, it is up to the short sale experts (those that don't merely carry the title) to share their triumps in the niche!

We have to keep encouraging each other to help homeowners across the country avoid foreclosure and in turn do our part to continue to help improve the state of the economy. We didn't get in this real estate turmoil overnight and we won't get out overnight. However, we are making progress! 

Congratulations to all of the short sale professionals that are in the trinches and have continued to be dedicated to this niche! AND...Congratulations to those of you that have decided that short sales are not for you and have passed along the referrals!
