Brenda, There's a shortage of area homes at this price point and school location, so we're anticipating some good reaction from the buyers.  Just a matter of getting their eyes on the property and this post was step 1 :)

Anita, The nice thing (besides it being an Active Rain referral) is that we had enough notice to cover all three segments of the Windemere community with development posts prior to this home coming on the market.  A few extra breadcrumbs are out there already working for our sellers :)

Paul, For us, brick facing and vinyl siding on the other three sides is common until you move further up the price range, around $300k there might be a transition to full brick.

Chris and Dick, Your detached villas sound like what we call patio homes here.  Landscaping, snow removal, etc. is part of HOA, but owner owns the land and all exterior maintenance of the home itself.

Sheila, I suspect the homes are very similar across the U.S., just with different names for the same style or package of amenities.  We're expecting good things for this home once it's officially on the market in MLS.

Nick, For us, landominium is buried under condos in the search criteria.  We also have Patio or Garden homes here (with no search criteria for them), but those the owners actually have responsibility for the outside maintenance.  Local practices differ a bit even with the same name.

Jeff, That $170/month is pretty reasonable when considering all that comes with it.  We're working on the rest of the marketing to get it ready for full launch.

Andy, Love the quick Google oomph we get from a post like this.  "Mason Landominium For Sale" page 1 spots 1 & 2 :) "4076 Grasmere" spots 8 & 10, and would do better but there's the same address in Vegas!
