GOOD MORNING MR. SUNSHINE!
Up here in the North land the days are getting shorter as winter draws near. Now I'm getting to the office before the first rays of sunshine. Today's sunrise made me stop what I was doing and take it's picture. Like a child screaming "Look at me, Look at me" I just could not deny it.

Bob - good to see you! I love a sunrise or sunset with pink in it. We grew up boating and my dad always used to say", "Red skies at night sailors delight! I guess the same applies for sunrise? Beautiful photo!
Mark, I love blue sky's and green trees. My secretary is from the Tampa area (husband Active Duty AF) and she loves it here, which I will never understand after living in Florida.
Kristine, what a great picture. I do believe the entire saying that your grandpa was quoting was "Red sky at night, sailors delight. Red sky's at morning, sailors take warning".
Bob, that picture is beautiful. I bet the colder air has those deer out and running around!
Mike, thanks for the compliment on the pic. The deer are certainly out and about but with bow season open I think they may be a little cautious.
The sky looks like it populated with chariots of fire:-) The sky is an amazing movie screen, with the scene constantly changing!

Kristin, you would be amazed at how Minot has changed, especially in just the last 3 years due to the oil development and the flood that destroyed a 1/4 of the town last year. You remember how you could get from any point in Minot to across town in 5 minutes... not any more.

Beautiful... I've got sunshine... on a cloudy day! I notice that after about 2 or 3 days of cloudiness that many people start getting cranky. Those are the days my sunshine seems to come out more for some reason. Thanks for a great pic!
Bob and Bonnie, I can relate to that... cranky after a period of no sun. It's much more apt to happen when the temp is also below zero during that time.

I get up in the dark and get home in the dark. Not sure the sun is still shining most days.
Maynard, I usually get top see both but it sure has been a busy time lately. I can hardly believe it's been 4 days sense I checked for messages but you comment proves it.
