Weakest Link As real estate professionals we build our teams around us with Appraisers, settlement companies, Stagers, mortgage professionals, inspectors, other local and national networked agents but we really need to remember

An Essential To Good Teambuilding.

GET RID OF THE WEAKEST LINKS!!!

What I mean by that, do your due diligence when building your team and as you use everyone from lenders to handymen to Credit Repair people and everything in between SEE what happened on a transaction.

Your whole reputation will fall as a professional if your WEAK links let you down. You are only as strong as them.

I think we should at least improve our weakest link Gary.

For years I ran in a very large foot race in San Francisco, which had a centipede division. A team of runners connected to each other; that team could only be as fast as the slowest runner.
