BREA CA 92821, 92823 ~ Real Estate Market Report As of January 2007 
Brea is such a great place to call home. As you know our community of Brea is like many others who are beginning to feel the impact of the slow down in the real estate market. While our area remains desirable, we are not immune to the downturns.
Home values in Brea are a little above the mid-range for the County of Orange. Supply vs. demand varies fairly consistently with surrounding OC communities. During the low inventory market of 2004-2005 at times our inventory dropped to a low of 29 active units for sale for the entire city. As of 1/2007 we currently have about a 6 ½ month inventory, 153 units, (single family and condos) for sale in our city.
- Most single family homes are priced from $600,000- $1,200,000. Condos/townhomes range from the upper $300,000's to approximately $600,000 in the city. Many homes were built from 1977-1985. Most newer construction (with a few exceptions) can be found on the East side of the city with the addition of the second zip code.
- The Brea-Olinda School District has been a significent draw to our community.
