It is another cold day in Michigan. I do not know what happened but everybody was predicting that it was going to be a warmer than usual winter. It got colder and we got worse weather than we expected but we survived. That is the same with our economy. It has gotten worse but what we have to do is SURVIVE though it. We could moan and groan on how bad it is, but what each and every person has to do is: buckle down and work harder, spend less, watch your pennies, pay the important bills first. You need to pay your mortgage payment, your car payment, your health insurance and your food bills. Cut back on the rest. Cut back on the dinners out, the junk at the gas stations, the Starbuck's coffees. If you can't pay for it in cash do not buy it!
The survivors will be the ones who have reigned in their expenses, and trying to put away for that rainy day. By survivors I mean the people who come out of this financially stable. YOU WANT TO BE A SURVIVOR!!! Sure you never had to do this or that before, but you have may never been in this type of economy before. So your choice is to whine and cry about the circumstances or take action. Sure it isn't going to be easy, but life isn't always easy. At least it never has been totally easy for me. I was never born with with a silver spoon in my mouth. Where was I at when they were passing out the spoons.
May tomorrow bring you good news and a great day with your family. Russ Ravary
