Well, interesting to see what happens to the stock market tomorrow. Dow Futures got hammered today!

Again more showings, recieved a couple offers on a hot listing I had and still calls from others wanting to list!, Crazy, crazy times.
Interest rates dropped some, I spoke with a lender today that was working with 43 applications ! whoa! Re-Fi is hitting hard and saving some people's mortgages, and thier are a few buyers out there!
