Karen Anne, what a cute house there in Fort Worth.  Your prices are very similar to ours, but I'm not sure you could get a brand new house for that price here.  It looks like a deal!!!

Hi Marchel:  Yes, Marchel, this really is a good price... and the home has lots of amenities already included in the price.  I would love to see what your market is like in Spring, Texas.  In many ways our pricing is very similar.  Thank you so very much for your kind comments.

By the way, congratulations on having Candy Henthorne joining you.  I am sure she will be a great addition to Results Realty.  It is so cool seeing the two of you at the top of the Spring, Texas Active Rainers page.  Hooray for you !  Take care...

I am amazed at the asking price for a new home. In my location it would be at least doubled!! Congrats on such a wonderful listing and good luck to you!

Hi Maureen:  The pricing for both new and existing homes here in Fort Worth is very reasonable.  We have not had the double-digit price increases over the last four or five years that many areas have had.  Thus, while they have had their bubbles burst, we never had a bubble... so it couldn't burst.  Thanks for your kind words.  Take care...

Karen:

Great looking house. Even though I live here, I am still amazed at the pricing. No where else in the world can you get such a deal in or very near a large city. Great post.

Hi Alan:  It really is a great looking house.  The pricing is very reasonable, and I must agree that I don't know anywhere else where you can get this much home for the money.  The values in Fort Worth are actually worth moving here.  Thanks for your kind words, Alan... take care...
