Meritage Homes has just announced the purchase of a number of homesites in The Legacy at Jordan Lake community in Chatham County NC. Last year the Legacy at Jordan Lake was foreclosed on by Capital Bank and since then, construction had halted in the beautiful custom home community. Today, Meritage Homes erected a 'coming soon' sign at the entrance to the sprawling Chatham County neighborhood. Residents and builders are anxiously awaiting more details on what Meritage Homes, a Phoenix-based company, has planned for the community.
The Legacy at Jordan Lake is a sprawling community of custom home sites located just west of Jordan Lake, off Highway 64 and Big Woods Road.
