Benson Sothebys International Realty and agent Channing Boucher are pleased to announce the successful sale of two land parcels in Crested Butte Colorado this month. Channing sold his listing at 817 Elk Avenue for $370,000. This parcel is one of the few remaining vacant land home sites left in the Town limits of Crested Butte. The site features protected mountain views and great southern light. The parcel backs to Rainbow Park.
Additionally, Channing’s listing in Mt. Crested Butte at the end of Snowmass Road sold for $242,500. This 3.23 acre HDMF parcel represents one of the few remaining development parcels left in Mt. Crested Butte. The property was foreclosed in 2011 and Channing represented the bank in this transaction.
