Another Home Closed...Another Postcard Mailed...Will Another One List?

This has been a busy day online and offline for the Kuney-Todaro Team.  We had a closing today and as soon as that happened, 1000 postcards were mailed to surrounding homes to encourage others to call The Kuney-Todaro Team, if they are thinking of selling their Franklin MA home.

Direct mail marketing is an easy way to spread the word that the Kuney-Todaro Team sells Franklin MA homes.  It's an easy method of telling area residents that if they are thinking of selling their Franklin MA home, the only real estate office to call is RE/MAX Executive Realty and The Kuney-Todaro Team.

This one mailing, complemented by our just listed postcard of another home in that area, is sure to make the phone ring again.  Our latest just listed postcard from yesterday is now pending.  There will be a pending sale postcard mailed after inspections.

The key to direct mail marketing is to be consistent with the mailings.  Every listed, pending and closed will have a mailing of 1,000 postcards for each occurrence.  Direct mail marketing works when done consistently.

Andrea..... yes, as your response improves and your lisitngs count mounts, you can increase your numbers.... I use to do a couple of hundred....now I do 1000 with each one....
