Hi. We have snowmobiles out here also. Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Bachelor are popular destinations. We have near record snow levels this year.

Joan, that would be so much fun! We don't get enough snow here though, and what we do get is gone the next day!

Joan,
That looks like so much fun.  I've taken a winter vacation because I do hate to be cold but I know my daughter would love the snowmobiling!

Joan

Cool post. Never owned a snowmobile but they are pretty big around Wisconsin.

Sincerely

Tom Braatz

Joan,

It looks like a great area for snowmobiling. When I was growing up we belonged to a snowmobile club and had two snowmobiles. We also had a large field with woods behind our house and every day after school in the winter I would take a snowmobile out (with my best friend on the back) and we would ride the trails behind my house.

It was a lot of fun, however I also had a few very close calls on snowmobiles and one really needs to know the safety rules if they are going to own one.

This blog brought a lot of memories back...thanks!

Jo

Joan, Great post for the snow lovers out there. I prefer to look at the snow from in front of a fire witha drink in my hands rather than play in it.

Joan~ I love to snowmobile.  It's been years, but what a blast. Your blog is wonderful.  The steak ride and poker run sound like a lot of fun too.

Hey Joan -- Let's skip the Public Policy meeting and go snow mobiling.  It looks like a heck of a lot more fun than reading through all those bills!

Joan - I love the snow, but I don't like skiing or snowmobiling.  LOL  Guess I'm a little weird, huh?

I've only snowmobiled once, but absolutely loved it.  That it was in Colorado was a plus, but it appears that NH offers an equally scenic and exciting experience!

I miss snowmobiling so much! We have amazing weather down here in Myrtle Beach, but I still miss that first day getting out the snow mobiles, zooming across the frozen lakes....
