I know when I came into real estate back in the mid 1970s, I did not know what the term Top Producer meant. I had heard it bantered about, though. It sounded like working on an assembly line, maybe putting parts on an automobile; I didn't really know how it connected to real estate. Or, maybe it was like an episode starring Lucy Ball and having to eat chocolates before they fell off a moving conveyor belt.
I'm not sure it's a good thing to aspire to be a Top Producer. But I can tell you that I got to that position by accident. It wasn't really planned. There was no diabolical scheme involved. In part, I think I happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Congrats Elizabeth!
Elizabeth, just clicked through and read your other blog. 200 sales is a highly respectable number. Keep it up. Congratulations. I would say that is being a top producer.
Hi David: Yeah, I don't believe short sales are going away any time soon.
Hi Fernando: What good is it if you're an expert watch repairer if nobody fixes watches anymore? Heck, I don't think people even wear watches. I know I don't. It's sad in a way.
Hi Gary: I think we as agents have a responsibility to other agents to give back to the business when we can.
congrats Elizabeth. I love your story. You obviously have a top producer attitude and dedication to your craft.
I love your attitude. And you are right that when you have your head down and are working, you really aren't paying attention to what you, or anyone else is doing volume wise. You're too busy working.
Morning Elizabeth being in the right place and of course the right time is critical to making it in this market. It is a great time to be in real estate
