This tool is built using Microsoft Excel and you can change every possible parameter that would affect the cash flow of the farm. All revenue and expenses are considered in the spreadsheet giving you an accurate picture of what annual cash flow will be. The costs associated with farming can be significant and this tool does not leave any of them out. The end result will be a price you can afford to pay for the farm and still make a profit on the farm.

Jason - Nice! I downloaded it and will check it out more thoroughly later today. As a city boy, sometimes I think I've missed the boat when it comes to where it might have made more sense to be investing all these years. I guess you either have to do what you know or learn what you don't know.
