Good morning, Kathy..... I look at my alligator postcard everyday.... it's sitting in the chair rail in my office in front of my eyes....
Good morning Kathy,
I can see why the Green Cay Wetlands in Boynton Beach is one of your favorite places! I know I have never seen a wood stork..your photos are awesome as usual!!
Good morning Kathy,
The Green Cay Wetlands looks like a wonderful place to visit - your fabulous photos really bring it to life!
Good Morning Kathy, that sounds like a nice place to visit. I love your photos. have a great Saturday
That's a great pictur Kathy. Your area sounds like a wonderful place to visit.
Kathy, those are all MY kind of reasons :-) Love it...looks like a gorgeous place...hope you have a great weekend!
Hi Kathy, Thank you for sharing. I had not heard of some of these birds before so I really appreciate you sharing. Great pics too.
You forgot the #1 reason BARFF, you're there!
Hi Kathy, what beautiful birds. I love the cormorant-their beaks are so pointy you know that when they dig, they must be getting something really small!
BarbaraT- I'm honored to be by your desk! I looked for gators the other day when I was there and couldn't find any. I know they were there but just hiding.
Dorie- Thank you. Those wood storks certainly look nothing like the guys that delivered us, do they!
Lisa- many thanks. I wish I could take everyone out to Green Cay.
Scott- you need to check it out the next time you're here.
Jared and Amanda- Ask any snowbird why they're here!!
Kristin- Enjoy yours as well. Every day's a new day out there.
Bobbie- you know, I'd never heard of them either until I moved here and started walking out at Green Cay.
BARFF- go on..... We'll get out there some day.
Dianne- yes, but there are birds, trees and other animals in your area that we'd love to see!!!
Joanna- I love it when you see several of them sitting in a tree drying their wings.
Thanks, Kathy, for sharing your photographs. I would need to learn how to be a wildlife photographer if we moved to your area. Flowers are easier to photograph.
Have an outstanding weekend with your camera in hand.
Kathy,
Thanks for that lesson in birds, and they all are well photographed. Have a great Saturday, A
Kathy, I do love taking your walks with you! As winter arrives they will become even more enjoyable ;).
Kathy... the birds are really cool. Very interesting place and you are lucky to be a part of visiting with them so often...
Roy- I have no doubt that you would do a beautiful job with wildlife!
Alexandra- Thank you. Passed on the green market here today.. just too much to do.
Janice- thank you! I'd love actually having you along.
Janis- well, I can definitely say I've learned about many more birds than I ever thought I would here.
Am I the only one that thinks that is one ugly dude staring at you?
